This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and the Subscription and Billing Terms.
In short: if you bought something and have not used it yet, we will give you your money back if you ask within 10 days. What you have already used (a published invitation, consumed credits) is not refunded. And we always refund charges that are duplicated, improper or caused by a failure on our part. None of this limits your rights as a consumer.
1. Refund of what you have not used
You can request a full refund within the 10 calendar days following the charge, in these cases:
| Purchase | It is refunded if… |
|---|---|
| Per-event plan or pass | You have not published any event with it. |
| Event add-on | The event has not yet been published with that add-on and you have not used it (for example, the gallery has not received any photos). |
| AI credit pack | You have not consumed any credit from that pack. |
| First month of a subscription or a renewal | During that period you have not published events with the subscription or used its credits. |
When we refund, whatever that purchase unlocked is deactivated (for example, the invitation goes back to draft or the watermark reappears) and the credits from that payment are removed. Your data is not deleted.
2. What we always refund
- Duplicate charges or charges for an amount different from the one you accepted.
- Charges made after you canceled your subscription.
- Charges not authorized by you.
- A Passly failure that prevents you from using what you paid for and that we do not fix within a reasonable time: a full or proportional refund, depending on what you were unable to use.
- If we cancel your account for reasons not attributable to you or withdraw a feature you paid for: the unused portion.
3. What is not refunded
- Plans or passes with which you have already published an event.
- AI credits that have been consumed or have expired.
- The remainder of a subscription period already started and used when you cancel: we do not charge you again, but you keep access until the end of the period instead of receiving a proportional refund.
- Purchases made more than 10 days ago, except for the cases in section 2 or as provided by law.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and the United Kingdom)
If you are a consumer and reside in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
- When you ask for the service to start immediately (for example, publishing your invitation right away or using credits), at the time of purchase we ask you to request this expressly and to acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal.
- If you withdraw after the service has started but before it has been fully performed, we will refund the amount minus the portion proportional to the service already provided.
- To withdraw, use the withdrawal page (“Withdraw from contract here” (“Desistir del contrato aquí”)), available throughout the entire period, or send us a clear statement at hola@wepassly.com. We will confirm receipt without delay.
- We will return your money using the same means of payment within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive your withdrawal, at no cost to you.
5. How to request a refund
- Write to us at hola@wepassly.com or use the Request Center, choosing “Refund” (“Reembolso”), and include your account email and the purchase.
- We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days.
- If applicable, the refund is made to the same card through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
6. Canceling a subscription
Canceling is different from requesting a refund: it stops future charges. It is done in Organization → Billing → “Cancel subscription” (Organización → Facturación → «Cancelar suscripción») and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Details in How to cancel.
7. Your rights as a consumer
This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by the law of your country. In Mexico you can contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, Profeco). In the EU and the United Kingdom, the consumer authorities or bodies of your country.
