This Retention Policy sets out, item by item, how long we keep data and how it is deleted. The periods are applied automatically: the same file that feeds this table is the one used by our daily deletion process.

2. What happens when you delete your account
- You request deletion in Settings → Privacy and data (Ajustes → Privacidad y datos) and confirm with your password.
- For 14 days you can change your mind with one click. Your subscription stops renewing.
- When the period ends, the following are permanently deleted: your account, the workspaces you own, events, invitations, guests, RSVPs, tables, galleries, photos and files, and your Stripe customer record. Invitations stop working.
- Only what the law requires (accounting records) and evidence of the documents you accepted are kept, unlinked from your identity.
If you own a workspace with other members, you must first remove them so that no one loses access unexpectedly.
3. Technical backups
Technical backups that our providers keep for service continuity are overwritten in their ordinary cycles. If we restore a backup, we will reapply any pending deletions.
4. Exceptions
We may keep data for longer only when required by law, an authority or a court proceeding, or to defend ourselves against a specific claim, and only what is necessary and for as long as that reason lasts.
