Additional information for United States residents, including the information required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA") and other state privacy laws, to the extent they apply to Passly. It supplements the Privacy Notice.

1. We do not sell or share

Passly does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so in the last 12 months. Nor do we do so with information of minors under 16. That is why we do not display a "Do Not Sell or Share" link: there is nothing to opt out of. If this ever changed, we would offer you the option beforehand.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
